The new service of passenger service "My Concierge" allows you to book transfers on a limousine to the airport or from the airport, get assistance with baggage clearance or tax free and passport control, up to boarding an aircraft. Among the staff of this service there are those who speak Russian. You can book this service 365 days a year at any time of the day. For business class passengers, there are now four new business lounges - at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.
Among other novelties is the new free lounge "Instant Paris" opened a few months ago for rest in the transit zone of the airport with a total area of ​​4,500 square meters. m, where you can perfectly relax in between flights. Designed as a boutique hotel, it also includes a restaurant, a children's play area, a premium lounge with library, a multimedia space with coterie tables and sockets with USB to recharge various gadgets. Part of this zone is also Yotel - a stylish and modern hotel with 80 rooms of different categories - premium, family and rooms for guests with limited mobility. For those who do not plan to stay here for the night, there are special rooms where you can simply refresh and take a shower. The hotel has a convenient site where you can see prices and book rooms. A real French cuisine at the airport can be tried in one of the one hundred and thirty restaurants and bars. It is planned that by 2020 each airport terminal will have one restaurant, headed by a chef with Michelin stars. Three "Michelin" chefs have already opened their restaurants here, including Guy Martin, the owner of two Michelin stars and the owner of one of the most famous restaurants in Le Grand Véfour in the Palais Royal area.
At the airport, he manages the I Love Paris restaurant, which at the award ceremony of the prestigious Airport Food & Beverage award in 2016 was named the best restaurant in the airport in the world. In March 2018, this chef plans to open another restaurant in Paris, French Taste. Two more "Michelin" chefs, who also have restaurants at the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, are Gilles Epi and Rostang Père & Filles.
