Mathieu Dober, Director of Commerce of Airports in Paris and the great French chef Michel Rostand introduced the new gastronomic strategy of the Paris Airports. This year, the Airports of Paris are particularly honored with one of the arts recognized by UNESCO as the intangible heritage of humanity, namely the French gastronomy, opening new restaurants and inviting the distinguished ambassadors of French cuisine, celebrated with Michelin stars,Michel Rostang (Michel Rostang) - one of them. One of the most refined evening, organized by SOPEX, was a master class on French food serving, which was followed by a contest and a selection by Michel Rostan, as the chairman of the jury, the winner among the participants. Oh, what a pity that my eclair was not the best. After all, the prize is two tickets to Paris. Prizes were awarded to the lucky winners of the quiz.
